If you prefer to provide your own products for embroidery or vinyl embellishment we ask you keep a few things in mind.

There is always a chance an item may become damaged during embroidery or the heat press process. While we certainly do our best to avoid this Off the Hoop will not be held liable or issue refunds if this occurs.
